Our daily reference wall chart provides step-by-step instructions for users in the care, verification, rinsing, disinfection and storage of the syringe style meters. Mesa Labs Care and Calibration Stations can be used with any meter having a flow-through conductivity cell. PVC construction for easy cleaning and durability makes it easy to maintain.
- This training program is designed to provide the student with basic information about circuit breakers that are used in substations and switchyards. The course shows how arcs are extinguished in gas-blast and gas-puffer breakers, and covers four types of breaker operating mechanisms: solenoid, motor/spring, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- The Triconex main processors can communicate with the so-called TriStation 1131 application software to download, update and/or monitor programs. These programs are either written in: Function Block Diagram language, Ladder diagram language, or; Structured text (Pascal like) Language. Cause and Effect Matrix Programmable Language (CEMPLE).

Compact and portable, the Stations can be easily moved to any location in the facility. One way check valves prevent evaporation and help eliminate waste of standard solution. Used solution is expelled through the check valve and flows to a sink drain or acceptable alternative disposal bin via the drain tube. Modular design allows you to customize the Stations to your individual needs. The Care and Calibration Stations are totally self contained preventative maintenance systems for your dialysis meters. Gamal,
It sounds as if Schneider is doing the migration work for you. Since
Schneider owns Triconex I assume you have Triconex experts doing the
conversions. If so, they should be responsible for the work they are doing,
and should warrantee that work. If they verify that all works the same then
you should be covered. We had a similar situation with function blocks that
were created in house at older TriStation Versions. We copied function blocks
from the old version library in to use in new Version 4.14 programs and they
compiled fine. We tested them offline with the emulator and they worked as
expected. You should do the same prior to downloading into the live TRICON's.

Subject: [foxboro] Migrate TRISTATION version 3.1.2 to version 4.14
Importance: High
Good day Gents;
We are undergoing a project at my Plant to phase out the existing ESD
workstations which runs OS Windows XP, and move to Windows 7. We are running
TRISTATION 3.1.2 and TRCON MP3006, which will remain intact by the upgrade.
Schnieder-Electric mentioned to us that TRISTATION version 3.1.2 does not
support Windows 7, and they need to migrate to TRISTATION version 4.14.
While importing the existing PT2 files into the new stations running Windows 7
and TRISTATION 4.14 Schnieder-Electric team noticed some diagnostic function
blocks are no longer available at version 4.14 , therefore the action they are
proposing to us is to manually add those diagnostic function block to the PT2,
and during commissioning they will down load to the existing running TRICON
systems (MP3006).
We are not, and we do not have any guarantee, how this can affect the existing
running ESD systems we have at our plant, could you please advice us what
measures and checks we need to take to make sure this migration goes smooth?!
Did anyone of you guys gone through this before and can advice about his
experience?
